CHARLETTE LOPEZ® company not only arranges expert production of food products to clients but has also specialized in Delivery & Distribution since 2021.To ensure food safety, we do not issue returns or exchanges on products purchased online. Refunds are only available for items that are damaged during shipping. If this is the case with your order, please email jikonikwenu@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will notify you once a refund has been issued. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped out within one week (but usually sooner), typically via USPS Priority Mail. Some orders may be shipped out via UPS Ground based on weight and location. All orders generally arrive within 1-5 business days. You'll be enjoying our delicious homemade jams in no time.
